The  Moderator  is  responsible  for  guiding  the  Church by providing leadership   and   by  monitoring  the  functions  of  the  boards,  com- mittees, and officers.  The Moderator works in close cooperation with the  Pastor and the Church Council to focus efforts that insure that the whole  program of  the Church is operating effectively,  stressing unity of purpose, communication and coordination.

The  Treasurer is  responsible  for  keeping an accurate accounting of all   monies  of   the  Church,   for   receiving    and  disbursing   certain specified  funds,  and  for  reporting  monthly  to the Board of Trustees and  the Church  Council,  as  well as to  the corporation  at the annual meeting.    Under  direction  of  the  Trustees,  the  Treasurer executes investments  and  functions  as  custodian  of  all trust  funds and other fiscal obligations.

 Clerk

 

The  Clerk   is  responsible   for    providing    clerical   support   to   the Corporation   and   Council  with  assistance  by the Church Secretary.  The  Clerk  performs   or   oversees   a  number  of   duties  to   include maintaining  distinct  and  full  minutes  of  all corporate  transactions of the Church, conducting official correspondence for the Church, keeping records  of  all  baptisms and  weddings  performed  in  the parish, and keeping an up-to-date list of names of all Church members and friends.
 

 

 

 

 

 

The  Head  Usher  is  responsible   for  providing  a support role in the worship  service,   principally   by   securing   ushers,   supervising  the activities  of   the   ushers,   keeping   a   record  of   attendance  at  all services, and preparing the sanctuary for worship.
