Ecumenical Collaborations
Summer Vacation Bible School
The summer Vacation Bible School (VBS) welcomes all children from the Lebanon area. This program is an ecumenical partnership with two of our neighboring churches: The First Baptist Church of Lebanon and St. Francis of Assisi. Through VBS, children and youth will learn how God's love flows through all of us, helping them understand how to bring that love and light into their daily lives.
TREX Corp. Plastic Recycling Partnership
We have joined a partnership program sponsored by TREX Corporation to collect and recycle approved household plastics that TREX then use in making their composite material and products such as for decking and railings. The local Lebanon churches, senior center, and town hall were invited to participate in this endeavor with us. As a reward for recycling plastic, the Trex Corporation, so far, has donated five park benches, which are placed at different locations around Lebanon.
Easter Sunrise Service & Breakfast
We have a partnership with the Lebanon Baptist Church taking turns hosting the Easter Sunrise Service and breakfast.
Baccalaureate Service
We have partnered with the Lebanon Baptist Church and St. Francis of Assisi Church to offer this service to honor our town’s graduating high school seniors.
